Schema Inspector Chrome Extension

This section applies to Schema Inspector by Flowtrix, our free extension for Google Chrome ("the extension"). It explains what the extension accesses and what it does not.

What the extension accesses: when you click the extension's icon, it reads the structured data (Schema.org JSON-LD, Microdata and RDFa) and Open Graph tags of the page open in your current tab, only so it can show them to you. It does not run on any page until you open it.

What we collect: nothing. The extension does not collect, store, sell or share any personal information, browsing history, page content or usage data. All processing happens locally in your browser, and no data is sent to Flowtrix or to any third party. The extension contains no analytics, tracking or advertising code.

Data stored on your device: the extension keeps two small settings in your browser only — your light or dark theme preference, and a temporary count of schemas found on each open tab (used for the toolbar badge), which is deleted when the tab is closed. Removing the extension deletes this data.

Permissions: activeTab (to read the current tab after you click the icon), scripting (to run the extension's own bundled scanner on that tab) and storage (for the settings above). The extension does not load or run any remote code.

Links: the extension contains links to flowtrix.co and bettercms.ai. These links include UTM parameters so we can tell that a visit came from the extension. Once you click a link, the website you visit is governed by its own privacy policy. Children's Information

Another part of our priority is adding protection for children while using the internet. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity.

Flowtrix does not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 13. If you think that your child provided this kind of information on our website, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately and we will do our best efforts to promptly remove such information from our records.

Refund Policy

Our refund policy is designed to ensure customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of the purchase date for international payments and 5 days for domestic payments. Please contact our support team to initiate the refund process.

Once the refund request is approved and processed, the funds will be credited to the customer’s account within 5-10 business days for domestic payments and 7-14 business days for international payments. The exact timeline may vary based on the payment method, bank processing times, and other financial institution policies.
