Use AI to summarize this article

B2B software buyers are no longer starting their research on Google. They are opening ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Mode, and Gemini, and asking direct questions: which tools does your category recommend, which vendors do companies like mine use, and what separates the credible options from the noise.
According to HG Insights, nearly half of B2B buyers now use AI platforms for vendor research before they ever visit a vendor website. Gartner projects traditional search volume will drop 25% by the end of 2026 as AI agents replace Google for product research. Google AI Overviews now appear on close to 55% of all searches. For B2B SaaS companies, the consequence is stark: if your content is not structured for answer engines, you are invisible to half your potential buyers before they know you exist.
This is the discipline of Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). The market for these services has expanded rapidly in 2025 and 2026, and it is uneven. Some agencies have built genuine AI search expertise. Others have simply rebranded their SEO service pages. Sorting between them is now one of the harder purchasing decisions a B2B SaaS marketing team will make.
In this report, we share the top B2B SaaS GEO / AEO agencies of 2026, based on a weighted comparison model built around 6 factors.
Our Methodology
Our team evaluated 52 agencies serving B2B SaaS companies across the US, UK, Europe, and Asia between November 2025 and April 2026. Each agency was scored using the following weighted factors:
AI Visibility Score (25%): A proprietary metric measuring how consistently the agency and its listed clients appear in AI generated answers across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews, and Gemini.
Client Retention & Case Study Depth (20%): Estimated client retention based on case study continuity, tenure signals, LinkedIn relationship mapping, and the specificity of published results.
Review Score (20%): Aggregate rating across Clutch, G2, Google, and verified testimonials.
Technical Expertise (15%): Depth of AEO specific skills based on team capabilities in schema deployment, llms.txt, passage level optimization, multi engine citation tracking, and platform specific execution for Webflow, WordPress, or custom stacks.
Specialty Fit for B2B SaaS (15%): Whether the agency's approach is genuinely aligned with B2B SaaS buyer behavior, funnel complexity, and pipeline based measurement as opposed to repurposed ecommerce or local SEO playbooks.
Pricing Transparency (5%): Whether pricing is disclosed or at least shared honestly on a discovery call, which is a strong signal of agency maturity in this market.
After compiling the dataset and rank ordering all 52 agencies, our team selected the top 8 performers for inclusion below. Beneath the table, we provide a detailed breakdown of each agency along with an honest read on strengths, limitations, and best fit clients.
Comparison Table: Top 8 B2B SaaS GEO / AEO Agencies of 2026
1. Flowtrix

Location: Bengaluru, India (serving clients across US, UK, Europe, Middle East)
Year Established: 2020
Services Offered: Webflow development, B2B website design, SEO, AEO, GEO, migrations, branding, copywriting
Average Review Score: 4.9 / 5.0 (Clutch verified)
Best Fit: B2B SaaS, AI, and Fintech companies building or rebuilding their websites with AEO and GEO built in from day one
Flowtrix has earned the #1 position on this list because of a specific positioning that is underserved in the B2B SaaS market: AEO and GEO integrated at the site architecture level rather than bolted on afterward.
Most AEO agencies operate one layer above the website. They write content, deploy schema, track citations, and build off site authority but they assume the underlying site is already built correctly. In practice, most B2B SaaS sites are not. Client side rendering issues hide critical content from AI crawlers. CMS platforms restrict schema deployment. Slow load times and broken technical foundations undermine every content investment stacked on top of them. A real AEO program often starts with fixing the site.
This is where Flowtrix is unusually well positioned. As a Webflow Enterprise Certified Partner with 120+ completed B2B projects, the team has shipped more AEO ready Webflow sites for SaaS, AI, Fintech, and cybersecurity companies than most pure play AEO agencies have touched. Every engagement integrates server rendered critical content, comprehensive schema deployment (Organization, Article, Person, FAQPage, Product), llms.txt implementation, answer first content architecture, and editorial systems designed for AI citation.
Client results reflect the approach. Engagements have driven 40% increases in visitor engagement, 30% boosts in lead conversion, and measurable improvements in AI citation rate across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google AI Mode. Named clients include Databahn (enterprise security data), Wayground (AI education platform), Akirolabs (B2B platform), Fuxam (AI education), and Monk e with particular strength in AI native and technically complex B2B SaaS categories.
Strengths: Deep Webflow expertise combined with integrated AEO/GEO execution. Strong design and conversion craft alongside technical SEO and AEO the site actually performs as a revenue asset, not just an authority asset. Competitive global pricing compared to US based specialist agencies delivering similar work.
Consideration: Flowtrix is the right fit for companies either building a new site or open to migrating to Webflow. Teams deeply committed to another CMS (Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager, complex custom stacks) may find the Webflow specialization a constraint rather than a benefit.
2. First Page Sage

Location: San Francisco, CA
Year Established: 2009
Services Offered: Thought leadership SEO, GEO, lead generation, editorial strategy, content systems
Average Review Score: 4.8 / 5.0
Best Fit: Enterprise B2B SaaS brands competing on credibility and thought leadership
First Page Sage is credited with coining the term Generative Engine Optimization and remains one of the most credible names in the space. The agency's methodology centers on deep thought leadership content that is specifically engineered to be cited by AI models while simultaneously driving qualified pipeline.
Their SaaS client roster includes Salesforce, Okta, Cadence Design Systems, NerdWallet, and Verisign a list that immediately places them in the serious enterprise bracket. Clients report strong results tied to both AI visibility and lead generation, and the agency publishes proprietary research on GEO each quarter that is widely cited across the industry.
Strengths: Genuine pioneer status in GEO, exceptional editorial depth, strong track record with enterprise and complex B2B categories like SaaS, medtech, and manufacturing.
Consideration: Their methodical pace and premium pricing structure make them a better fit for mature teams than for fast iterating early stage companies. Expect longer engagement timelines, and expect AEO work to be delivered as part of a broader thought leadership program rather than as a standalone visibility service.
3. Omniscient Digital

Location: Austin, TX
Year Established: 2019
Services Offered: Content strategy, SEO, GEO, Surround Sound SEO, editorial programs
Average Review Score: 4.8 / 5.0
Best Fit: Established B2B SaaS brands wanting editorial first GEO with category authority as the end goal
Founded by alumni from HubSpot and Shopify, Omniscient Digital has become a credible choice for B2B SaaS brands that want content, SEO, and GEO tied to pipeline rather than to traffic vanity metrics. Their proprietary "Surround Sound SEO" methodology builds content ecosystems that position a brand across all of the sources AI systems pull from, creating layered category authority.
The agency's editorial rigor is their main differentiator. Content is built by subject matter experts, extensively edited, and structured for both traditional search and AI citation simultaneously.
Strengths: Deep editorial quality, strong B2B SaaS category expertise, pipeline oriented measurement, proven track record with established brands.
Consideration: Omniscient is less fit for earlier stage companies that need fast content velocity or for teams looking for technical AEO execution (schema, llms.txt, site fixes) rather than content led strategy.
4. Discovered Labs
Location: Remote (US / UK)
Year Established: 2023
Services Offered: Technical AEO, content production, AI citation tracking, the CITABLE framework
Average Review Score: 4.7 / 5.0
Best Fit: Growth stage B2B SaaS ($2M–$50M ARR) needing rapid citation improvements with transparent measurement
Discovered Labs has built a reputation for treating AEO as an engineering problem. Founded by Ben Moore (Stanford, self driving systems background) and Liam Dunne (helped scale Instantly AI to $20M+ ARR), the agency combines technical AI expertise with demand generation execution.
Their proprietary CITABLE framework is a 7 part methodology for creating content that AI systems can quote, verify, and keep fresh. Published results are specific including a B2B SaaS client that grew from 550 AI referred trials per month to over 3,500 in seven weeks. They offer month to month contracts, which is unusual in this market and a signal of confidence in the work.
Strengths: Strong technical depth, transparent measurement, month to month flexibility, fast content velocity, proven citation results.
Consideration: Pricing starts at around €5,495/month, which is positioned for growth stage SaaS rather than for very early companies. Enterprise buyers may prefer a more formal consulting layer.
5. NoGood

Location: New York, NY
Year Established: 2016
Services Offered: Multichannel growth marketing, SEO, AEO, paid media, content, CRO, proprietary Goodie AI platform
Average Review Score: 4.7 / 5.0
Best Fit: Venture backed SaaS companies wanting AEO inside a broader performance marketing program
NoGood operates as a growth marketing agency first, with AEO as a core component rather than the headline service. Their proprietary Goodie AI platform monitors AI visibility, generates AEO optimized content, and feeds directly into their multichannel growth motion. For venture backed SaaS teams that want one partner running paid, SEO, AEO, and CRO together, this integrated model is hard to beat.
Strengths: Multichannel coordination, proprietary AI visibility tooling, strong experimentation culture, comfort with fast iteration cycles typical of VC backed SaaS.
Consideration: If your problem is specifically AEO citation visibility, a dedicated specialist agency may go deeper. NoGood makes the most sense when AEO is one lever among several you need pulled in a coordinated way.
6. iPullRank

Location: New York, NY
Year Established: 2014
Services Offered: Relevance Engineering, technical SEO, GEO, RAG content architecture, schema, LLM content optimization
Average Review Score: 4.8 / 5.0
Best Fit: Enterprise B2B SaaS with complex site architecture and technical GEO as the primary growth blocker
Led by Mike King, iPullRank treats GEO as a hard engineering discipline rather than a soft marketing exercise. Their "Relevance Engineering" framework fuses information retrieval science, vector embeddings, UX, and technical SEO into a distinct methodology built for enterprise sites with serious technical complexity.
Strengths: Unmatched technical depth, strong for large sites with JavaScript rendering issues, complex information architecture, or legacy content libraries that need restructuring.
Consideration: Premium pricing and enterprise oriented delivery model. Overkill for most growth stage companies. Best fit for $20M+ ARR SaaS brands with large content operations and technical blockers.
7. Quoleady

Location: Warsaw, Poland
Year Established: 2020
Services Offered: Content marketing, GEO, AI optimized blog production for B2B SaaS
Average Review Score: 4.7 / 5.0
Best Fit: European B2B SaaS startups needing high volume GEO content production at accessible pricing
Quoleady has carved out a specific niche producing GEO optimized content at volume for B2B SaaS brands, with particular strength in European markets. Their Legal Nodes case study produced a 47.5% increase in booked meetings alongside top five AEO rankings within three months one of the more concrete result benchmarks publicly available in this category.
Strengths: Content volume, accessible pricing for early stage and European startups, proven results on specific B2B SaaS engagements, operational maturity around llms.txt and AI tracking.
Consideration: Primarily content led, so teams needing deeper technical AEO (rendering fixes, complex schema, site architecture) may need an additional partner.
8. Genevate
Location: New York, NY
Year Established: 2024
Services Offered: GEO paired with strategic PR, authority building, third party placements
Average Review Score: 4.7 / 5.0
Best Fit: SaaS brands where off site authority and third party validation are the biggest AEO gap
Founded by Brett Kleinberg, a New York PR veteran, Genevate is one of the few agencies built exclusively for the generative AI era. Their core insight is that AI platforms are fundamentally recommendation systems, and that brands need to appear in the trusted sources those systems pull from media placements, authoritative third party mentions, and controlled brand narrative distributed across the web.
Strengths: Strong PR expertise, particularly suited for brands where citation visibility is blocked by insufficient third party mentions rather than by on site problems. Multi vertical experience across SaaS, real estate, law, and healthcare.
Consideration: PR heavy model means slower results cycles (8 to 16 weeks for third party placements to pay off) and a less content production focused engagement than some alternatives.

How to Choose the Right GEO / AEO Agency for Your SaaS Company
A few practical filters we recommend applying before signing any engagement.
Ask to see their own AI citation presence. Run the query "best AEO agencies for B2B SaaS" through ChatGPT and Perplexity. Agencies selling AEO who do not themselves appear in AI answers for relevant queries are a warning signal. Not disqualifying, but worth asking about.
Ask for specific before and after citation metrics. Vague "increased visibility" language is not enough in 2026. Serious agencies can show citation rate changes on specific query sets, with dates and platforms.
Ask about monitoring infrastructure. Weekly tracking across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Google AI Overviews is the minimum. Monthly is borderline. Quarterly is not enough.
Ask about CMS fit. If your site is on Webflow, WordPress, HubSpot, or a custom stack, ask how the agency has executed AEO work on that specific platform. Experience varies meaningfully by CMS.
Ask about scope honesty. Is the agency offering content, technical fixes, schema, llms.txt, off site authority, and monitoring as an integrated program or are they just one of those layers? If the scope is narrower than the problem, you will need a second partner.
Expect realistic pricing. Serious B2B SaaS AEO engagements run $3,000 to $25,000+ per month depending on scope. Anything under $1,500/month is almost certainly rebranded SEO. Anything above $40,000/month is usually a full growth team, not pure AEO work.
